Calling Cards to Philippines

HELP, my calling card i was using, telespeed, changed the minutes from 133 for 17 dollars to 81, calling a cell phone in manila,

Does anyone have a better one, cheaper, mine went from 13 cents per minute, no connection fee, to 19.

Im sure after i sort through them i will come up with a decent rate per minute, meanwhile im mad at my gf in manila and not too interested in calling her.

My wife is selling phone cards, $5 and $10. I think hers on a $5 card gives you something like 52 minutes landline and 46 minutes cellular. If you would want to talk to her about the cards email me and I will have her call you this evening.
