Any one have any Info about Vietnam?

Hello to the board. I have two questions I would like your answers to. One is I am currently talking with a girl from Vietnam and we are getting along very well. I would apresiate any information about Vietnamies culture and woman that any one here can provide me. The second is a general question. I am a former Mechant officer who took a few years off to work shoreside and am now considering going back to sea. In the boards experience with asian women dose the board think it would be posible for me to find an asian women who would be willing to live that type of lifestille. Me being out to sea 6 mounts out of a year. thank you for you input.

Hi Greg,
      I met my wife as a merchant seamen, thur a fellow seamen.
      It is very possible to find a asian women that would
      accept your life as a seamen. I sailed three years
      after I got married. It was tough, but my wife accepted
      it.I gave up going to sea,because the last ship I was on I
     got hurt. I know a few seamen sail for years and
     still are married.It would be nice if you could sail
     coastal then going overseas.
