I would leave out the "or a divorce", that way you can also use this letter to help build your fraud case for an annulment.  Send it registered and send a copy to your congressman to help your case and send both registered and keep a copy for documentation.  The more things that written down and recorded by some agency the stronger your case gets and it doesn't cost much money to do that.
