Just to let you guys know I got my approval today from the NSC. I know a bunch of you guys are waiting like I was. Mine was dated 5/02 and approved on 9/16. Good luck and yours should be coming soon !!!!

They recived mine on 3-21-02 no aproval yet! Where is your mahal from?  I'll be on the phone rating and raveing again monday! This is bull tae!

I`m having an attorney do mine if that makes a difference ?? I do know on his web page he lists all the guys waiting and some are dated 4/08 and 5/20 and still not approved. Hang in there, I`m sure yours will be soon !!

Why? it's so easy to do yourself. Unless you don't have time or can't read I don't see any need for an Attorney. I guess if you rich and don't want to bother with then why not as long as you get a good Attorney.  Where is she from? Mine might be taking longer because my mahal live's in a Muslum area.

Hum,
I hate doing paperwork myself with a passion and didn`t want to screw something up. I did hear though that everybody from a Muslim community is going to take lot longer on account of the terrorist stuff, which may explain why yours is taking longer ?? Good luck to you !!

Yea I hate it to but I dislike lawyers even more! lol (sorry Stephen nothing personal);-) She isn't a Muslim, I think anyone from Mindanao may have a problem but I don't know.
I hope the rest of the process go as fast for you, BTW where is your girl friend from?

Congratulation!Hope Humabdos will hear approval soon too.My hubby's lucky enough before because his appoval on his petition to me took only 2 weeks and thats before 911.He file the petition in NSC march 18,2001 then approve april 6,2001.Very quick.
