Where in Cebu????

Hello, this is capt David from Texas. I travled to Cebu, in June, met my one year penpal and had a great time. I was probably too cautious, but I waited until last Wednesday to ask her to marry me. Her computer skills are limited, although we do correspond almost daily. She works at the SM mall and lives in Mandue.
What I need is the name of a photographer that can take the correct photos for the visa. Also, dose anyone know of someone who might help her with her paperwork? The main thing is that if she could download the bio data sheet, and fill it out there, and send it, it could save weeks. thanks for your help, capt david

We used ‘florofoto’ for the required ¾ frontal photos. They know exactly what to do and they were recommended by the U.S. Consulate in Cebu for visa photos. There is store on Colon St inside the small shopping complex by the Oriente Theatre. They also may have a shop in Mandaue in the LHT Bldg on Hernan Cortes St.

No need to worry.  They are well prepared to take such photos there at most anyplace she goes that do passport photos.  She can download the papers from there and fill them out and all the instructions are on the papers.  Basically all she needs to fill out is the G325A and send you the passport photos.  I suggest that you get you a Fedex account and give her the account number.  Then she can send all your needs in 5 days at no cost to her and your account is billed afterwards.

BTW, Vilma, DonB2222's wife worked there when he met her (I think).
