Asian Moon

Hello Everyone,
  This is kind of a late post considering the Asian Moon festival is happening this weekend.I thought it was just a regular ethnic festival when I read the schedule.They say "Lahing Kayumanggi" will travel from the philippines to perform and that they are one of the top folkloric dance troupes in the world.They do this dance called "Tinikling"the bamboo dance.Starts tomorrow don't miss it:-)

I'm familiar with it.  I've seen a couple of such dances.  In April, I went to such a dinner/dance in Massachusetts.  Well, one pinay urged me to get up on stage.  I was embarrased.  I'm not instinctually a good dancer.  Well, everybody had a good laugh.  (No, I did not fart in between the bamboo sticks!).  Sally (Jimbo's wife) was there.
