Cowardly Pinoy Kills 4 yr old Boy in Manila

You should see the sad picture of this little Pinoy boy crying before his death at the hand of this Coward..I don't know why He chosed this boy as his Hostage. Manila, Philippines- A suburban Manila police commander was dismissed Friday after his officers allegedly botched a hostage taking in which a 4 year old boy and his cowardly assailant were killed. Superintendent Eduardo dela Cerna was removed from his post by Metro Manila police chief Edgar Aglipay, who was upset by graphic televised footage of the pre-dawn drama in a suburb of Manila. Edgar also ordered an investigation into whether police followed rules on handling a hostage crisis. Diomedes Talvo grabbed the boy, Dexter Balala, at a bus station where he was waiting for a bus with his mother and demanded to speak to a top government offical. Talvo held police at bay for about two hours as he carried the boy inside the bus terminal with a knife to his neck. The drama came to a climax when Talvo suddenly sprang from his seat and began stabbing the boy. Moments later, police fired at him and continued to shoot as he lay on the terminal floor. Television news, quoting an autopsy report, said the boy suffered five bullet wounds, including one in the chest that caused his death. Chief Edgar said he was told the boy was stabbed 13 times. I just read that these cops were drunk and had just come from a "beerhouse" before the rescue attempt.

Hi Greg,

Philippine cops are famous for this kind of thing. Don't know if they are just lousy shots or just too eager. I hope I never have to be rescued by them myself.

I was surprised that the Mother allowed that Coward to take her Son. I got the impression that a Filipino Parent would fight for their child's safety. I find it difficult believing that an Adult would be sooo cruel as to kill a little child. You should see the picture of that boy, really made me angry. Bless the Children..
