I broiled some catfish in butter and galic tonight.  Added some jasmine rice and spinach and had a wonderful meal.  I poured each of us some Ruby Red Grapefruit and Strawberry juice and I was in heaven.

But Honey says Ruby Red is bitter, more bitter than ampalaya?!  I think Rio Red and Ruby Red Juices are the best things to mix with other juices - much better than cranberry juice.  But bitter - nahhh!

She says I am wrong?  So lets take a survery.  Any opinions out there?

Bear and Honey.

give it up.  Honey will always be right.  Even if you're hitting your own golf balls.  What you say means zip.  (heh heh lol, couldn't resist!  :^)

don't forget your cranberry juice,  and water.
I am not much for water.  The bottom line Bear and Honey
is kidney stones.  They are very painful to past the stones.  I also had three stones remove by operation.
It does not tickle.
