Aint any of you guys ever been a boy scout and had to crap in the woods?  Come on folks!  (Nothing personal against you O/west).

The first time in PI, I was happy to see that there was this toilet thing in the floor, and I had to pour water down it because there was no water.  Toilet paper?  who cares?  News paper works for me!  Tide bar soap in shet river to wash my clothes too....

There's NOTHING wrong with it.

It Works!

Don't get miserable just because it ain't like it is back home!  I loved every minute of time I spent in pi, and I didn't need no toilet seat and charmin to help me do it either damit.  It's different, and it's loveable.  If one needs to be "accomodated", then go to france and live with the f@ggots instead.

Hi Brian,

In the woods I just use leaves (choose well). In the city a piece of dicarded newspaper blowing by will do. If neither is available, just spread'um wide and forcefully let'er fly. You will stay as clean as a daisy without having gone to France. ;o)))

Stop it!  Please!  I almost fainted from laughing and choking so hard.  Fortunately I was sitting down.

Hey Ray,

We used to use the old corn cob when we ran out of pages from the Sears and Montgomery Ward catalogs at my Grandpa's farm. ;o)))

When my ex-wife told me that when she was little, she was out in the woods with her cousin.  She had to go and simply plucked some leaves from the foliage.

OutWest,
As for myself, I just hold it for 5 or 6 days until it is convenient.   Sooner or later you'll happen across somewhere that has toilet paper.   Honestly, when I go to the Philippines, my bowels lock up no matter how much I eat or drink.....not sure why but it does help the TP problem!

Steve,

Then I take it that you don't drink San Miguel beer, one of the world's best known laxatives (LOL!)

I remember my trip to visit Mares.  We went shopping and I need to use the CR.  Well no toilet paper so I waited until the next opportunity.  About 4 opportunities latter Mares was concerned that I was sick.  I finnaly broke down and told her my problem.  She reach into her purse and handed me a roll of toilet paper.  That's how I found out about TP in the Philippines.

Honey says she always remembers having tp in the girls cr.  It looks like they just don't put it in the men's cr.

...Mc Donald's. That usually works anywhere on the planet.

The last time I was in Cebu, I made a mental note that there was an ample supply of toilet paper in the john at Mc Donald's in the SM Mall and also at Shakey's in the Ayala Mall.

One BIG reason why there usually isn't any TP in public CRs is because it "disappears" as fast as they can stock it.

If you go to almost any sari sari store in the Phils, they will sell you a small amount of TP (about 23 sheets or 3 times around a small hand) for a few pesos. It's sort of like buying cigarettes in the Phils. Nobody hardly ever buys a whole pack at one time.

You can also carry a small pack of those pre-moistened butt-wipes that they sell here in the grocery stores if will make you feel better.
