I was planning on vacationng/honeymooning in Cancun or somewhere in the Carribbean. I was told that a lady with a K3 is NOT allowed to leave the country. Actually she CAN leave the country but will NOT be allowed back in. Can anyone verify this?

Thanks for the info. I'll check it out even though I already had my answer. I post on both boards as not everyone posts on both so sometimes I'll get a response faster on one of the boards.

Van Halen's album & studio & amps are called 5150. I believe it's the LA police code for a mentally insane person.

Someone is giving you bad information Frank.

The K-3 is a multiple-entry visa good for 2 years. With a valid passport and K-3 visa, she can come and go but shouldn’t stay out over 1 year.

I would check with the countries that you are planning to visit to see if she needs a visa. The rules for her will likely be different from a U.S. citizen.

Thanks Ray. My atty has been nothing but a worthless waste of $1,600. Live & learn thanks. We were planning on Cancun Mexico or St. Lucia in the Carribeean or perhaps Jamaica.
Thanks for much for your responses on my other posts as well.
