Why so much Ukraine emphasis?

Hi everybody,

I have just joined the forum so I am kind of new at this.  One of the things I realize though is the fact that even though this is an East Eauropean or FSU board, most posts concentrate on Ukrainian women.  Is there a reason for this?  Are Ukrainian women on average kinder, more beautiful, and receptive than women in Russia, Belarus, and other FSU republics? Are they perhaps more "domestic" and family oriented? Are the people in general more friendly?

It is probably just a coincidence.

The reality is that there is very little difference between
Russian and Ukrainian women (or Russia and Ukraine for that matter). Study history and the reasons will be apparent. Make a trip to both countries and you will see what I mean.

You will find good and bad women in any fsu country.  As the posts below indicate, there may be more agencies in Ukraine.

Since Ukraine is a relatively small country it is a little easier to travel to a few places in a single trip.  So, that makes it easier to see women in multiple cities without paying through the nose for most Americans and Europeans.  In my opinion Russians and Ukrainians are equally friendly to Americans and I have never been to Belarus - but the ability to get out of Ukraine for these girls is in their mindset ie. it is not a fantasy like it is for most Russian girls (except for the relatively few regions / cities in Russia where many girls have gone to the USA / West).  It seems more Ukrainian girls have gone to the USA and with it, more girls know other girls and they see it as a realistic possibility to get out.  Then again, I suspect there are also more scammers in Ukraine, due to the same snowballing effect.  Economically, I am not certain things are worse for the girls in Ukraine than Russia - I suppose it is all region / city specific as far as who is better off etc.  One can find richer and poorer in each country - though over all things are extremely depressed in both countries in comparison to the West.

When you're in America, just about every country is small.  Some of the places you Europeans call countries is truly amazing.

I suppose that you can call Germany and France countries, even though they're pretty tiny.  If you're feeling imaginative, I guess you could call Italy a country, even though it is pretty small.

However, you guys take it a step further.  Can you really call Denmark a country?  Come on, get real.  My parents' backyard is bigger than Denmark and they don't even try to call it a city.

Some of them, though, are completely over the top.  You call SWITZERLAND a country???  You have to be kidding!  When I've been very sick, I've sneezed up pieces of snot bigger than Switzerland!

What is the definition of a country/nation?
A nation has it's own language, a common history, common values and an identity.
You americans don't even have your own language. You have adopted an European language. Your history is short compared to for instance Danmark. Your nations is divided as few other countries. You have an identity as Americans, but for that identity is quite different from a person living in Texas compared to one in New England. The US is a union of different states which differ rather much from each other.
The only original American branch of art is jazz music, and that is higher appreciated here in Europe than in the US.
Bandit, you should know. It's not the size that matters, but what you make out of it ;-).

America as the Republic----which is what it was founded as is an association of separate countries. Each state is a separate country. Socialism has tried to erase that fact by the gradual erasure/revision of history and the proclamation of America being "one" nation. The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is a corporation. Most people are too stupid to know the difference. Socialist policies have as made this once strong Republic into one of the worlds biggest debtor corporations.

Excuse me, but to my knowledge your country is a union of states (The United States of America), not a corporation. BTW, what socialist policy are you thinking of?

That is to your knowledge and revisionist history being taught-----just like those who teach that the Holocaust never happened. The "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" is a corporation, the "United States of America" is the Republic, the "united States of America" is the several states/countries in a confederation.

It has happened over a long period of time. The first major step away from the Constitutional Republic came in 1861. The changes have been clandestine for the most part. The communist agenda really got a big boost in 1913 and again in 1933. Thru various acts, statutes, executive decisions, etc. all these things have come to pass. Most people refuse to believe what has went on or that we are a communist nation. It is so clear, if they would only open their eyes. The last big thing is that most of us own guns and that is a big deterrent to the communist agenda. Even now children are being taught that people who have guns are to be suspect of wrong doing.

The whole process went just as easy as putting a frog into a pot of cool water on the stove and very gradually heating the water to the boiling point. The frog will never recognize what has happened until it is too late.
