yesterday for my wife and daughter.  Went to the local BCIS office at 1:15PM and was the LAST one serviced at 4:30PM.  About three times as long as waitng at the DMV...no wonder they have glass partitions (otherwise you'd probably see a lotta' Homer/Bart chokings goin' on).

Officer said it would be AT LEAST a year to get the permanent cards.  This is ridiculous, considering the ROC has already been approved...so what takes so long for a lousy card!  Our tax dollars (NOT) at work!

At least my wife can get her driver's license renewed and travel w/o a problem now (or hopefully so).

Ciao!

...like they think they are CTA.
Our new card came after about 2 months (Dallas)after they said 12-14 months or so.
Hang in there...

Steve, was this to get the two year green card or ten year green card?

At least a year would be correct for the two year green card and probably 18 months, maybe more, to get the 10 year green card.

Congratulations Stevo!

Although we have differed in some opinions in the past, it's good to see another veteran of this board still together and getting through the process.

I will be going through the "removal of conditions" process soon myself.

Again, all my best.
