I just called my Human Resources Manager and she knew exactly what I needed. The letter is on company letterhead and it just says my name, the day I was hired, my annual income, title and that my employment for the future looks good. It is short and simple but to the point.

Frank... I am not sure about yours since you are self employed so I'm not sure if they'd take a letter from yourself.

If you have anymore questions feel free to send me email.

Z.

P.S. BTW, the first week Sveta has been here it's been GREAT! She does need me every step of the way now but she is slowly getting used to it here. I'll write more when I get back to work.

Well I teach guitar & piano at a local store & I also work there part time when needed. I figure if my manager can have a letter notarized saying I have 60+ students & have been there 7+ years I'm pretty steady & responsible. I had thought of that before but when you wrote that it kind of made me feel good. I guess they will have to realize my work is a little different. Then again after making 3 trips to Ukraine in ONE YEAR I should be able to provide for my wife.
