unfortunately... there must be so much (ex-dumpster) military sh@t kicking mentality around here that it might be impossible to get away from, (myself included).

Like, you can take the man out of the military, but you can't take the military out of the man?  lol!

(btw, it's good and sick for about 1.6 seconds, but after that, it's gross to hell, so maybe the posts should be automatically deleted after this length of time - haha!).

Must be a Navy thing.

Maybe a good idea is to ask people posting fart humor, is to put "(fart humor)" in the subject line or no, better yet, if folk's just leave the "flavor" of the fart, out of thier post, maybe I wouldn't spew my first cup of coffeee of the day on the screen.

I spewed out a mouthfull the second I read rays post... and then I fell on the friggin floor.  But that all occured in 1.6 secs.  (Whew that was GREAT!).  But the after taste is not so good!  

I have to admit though, that was about as good a gross-ass comeback as I've ever seen anywhere.

.....you know some solid matter is in your nose and since your nose and throat ARE connected that leads to the realization that some solid matter is in your mouth....and that ain't pretty!   Dang, I say anybody who don't laugh when they hear a loud fart is wayyyyyy too serious!  I have to laugh or bust.

I was around when this topic first came up here. I didn't like it then, and I still don't. IMHO, it serves no purpose in this forum. It detracts from it, in fact, and just gives ammunition to the trolls.

I'm sure no one cares what I think, least of all the principal instigators of this locker room humor. I'm not a regular here anymore. I just wanted to let you know you are not alone.

I must say that the chain of events went from confrontational to having some hearty laughs.  Is it not better to have a cheerful tone on the board, and when humor is involved, the kind of humor that's not at somebody eles's expense?  Well, different strokes for different folks.  Somewhere I heard (I'll try to be discreet) that 86% of the population gets off on this kind of humor.  The other 14% are indifferent to it, I guess.
