I have a friend who will be traveling to Urkaine next week. I was wondering if I could give him a bottle of Tequila for my in laws as my wife & father in law will be picking him up at Boryspil. Can we do that? Are there tarriffs or import taxes or bribes that need to be paid? Does airline security restrict this? I'm not sure at all. Does anyone know?

So there's no hassle with security here or with customs there? I figure a bottle of Sauza Commemorative would give them an idea of what I like to drink.

Everytime we go "home", we always take two liters with us per adult traveling and have never had a problem.
