Best Phone Card To Ukraine

Anyone have a good phone company that has good rates on calling cards from US to Ukraine?
I heard www.keepcalling.com is pretty good  quality to Russia
but I don't know about Ukraine. Looks like  to Ukraine about 12cents per minute with 69cent weekly fee and 3%fed excise tax.
Anything better out there?

I've had mixed results with www.extremephonecards.com  Some cards seem to work well, while others steal your money.  Quality varies.  Right now, I'm using a 1 World International card with a pretty good connection with a dirt cheap rate.

I've also had good luck with www.intercallusa.com  Their phone card section is down today, otherwise I'd be using them.  Connection is good and rates are pretty reasonable.

Tried Tel3 and it was awful; they stole a lot of minutes from us.  Cognidial was the same.  www.nobelcom.com started out good, then the connection started getting bad and they started stealing minutes.  

I haven't tried the Cardinal calling cards yet, but they tend to be a little pricey.

I tried the Worldphone dialarounds for a while with pretty good luck, but I've heard some pretty scurrilous stories about them from other people.  You'd better avoid them.

Sprint used to have a pretty good 10-10-xxx dial around, but it tended to be a little pricey, compared to other cards and 10-10 rates.

I use one that gets me 26 minutes for $5 that's the best I"ve found yet.

http://pointme.to/expresspin has a good selection of cards.  Never had a bad experience.

I have been using 10-15-335 and find it is the cheapest without a card at 17 cents/min. No weekly or monthly fee. The only requirement is 10 min minimum.
