Has anyone actually used Ikobo.com to transfer money to family/loved ones in Russia or elsewhere? I set up and funded an account, and it's over a month later (and many Emails to Customer service), and the card has yet to be delivered so my Mother-in-Law can get money from an ATM.

I have used them on several occasions in the last year to send money to Ukraine and have had no problems. Call customer service for help.

The card is in the mail. But after 5 weeks, when will it ever show up?
