Most of the girls do not check the email because they are not used to it and are confused by it. They are familiar with post. Many services print out the email and call the girl to collect or mail it to them. Some agencies are better at it than others.
You are right, when you send correspondence to them more than once through different channels, let them know so they won't think you are insincere. Most important, when you find a girl or girls (whatever your practice may be) go there and visit her or them.
