However she doesn't remember the vendor -- probably few people on the receiving end would. I did not send any flowers during our courtship time period so I don't have any first hand suggestion. Part of the reason I didn't was the cost which is very high and my wife said it was a waste of money because it was so expensive. She, like most women (especially Russian), love flowers though. I was in Ulyanovsk for Women's Day - 2002 so we bought flowers on the street. Some other friends of my wife in Ulyanovsk also received flowers from US friends via the internet so there are vendors out there. My wife suggests checking the internet for reliable companies -- FTS, etc that guarantee delivery.
