Hello I want to set up video communications with my GF in the Ukraine. I have DSL and she has Dial up.

Does anyone know what is the best way to do this?

My wife has video-talked almost daily for the last three years with her daughter in Dnepro using Yahoo messinger. It's not perfect but it's free and fun.

Just did ICQ for the first time with my girl today, it worked great!  We both really liked it!
