I really hate to ask this question. Typically this board is for those that are searching or married. Has anyone here been successful in having someone deported due to marriage fraud? If so, what route did you take? The BCIS nor the BICE offer much information regarding this. There's plenty of information how to get a woman here but there's nothing I've found on how to get her gone.

And just as an FYI, I do have proof she married in bad faith, it's not just an opinion, it's documented! I went to the BICE and they had me fill out an I-130 withdrawel form...seems a little after the fact to me. I don't even think I filed a I-130, I filed an I-129.

From what I've heard, there's nothing you can do.  It's up to the INS.  As long as you're relieved of your obligations under I-130, you should be fine.  Other than revenge, I suppose having her deported could potentially save tax payer's money should she ever use any government aid.

Why is it you want her deported?

she defrauded me, slandered and liabled me, had me jailed for something I didn't do, cost me almost everything that I had, beat the hell out of me...she broke the law and should be held accountable for it. Just because she's nice to look at doesn't excuse what she did. She looks sweet and innocent but just cause a chicken has wings doesn't mean it can fly. As it stands right now, she's an example to other woman to do the same thing to other men...if she gets away with it, why shouldn't all of them give it a shot?
