Guys, I have posted this link numerous times, but it appears that few people are paying attention (judging from all the posts asking "Can my Russian/Ukrainian girlfriend go to xxxx without a visa?")

It is the very same information used by Delta Airlines (and presumably others as well) to determine if they are required to witness a visa in a traveler's passport before allowing them to board. As you can see from the resulting information, airline companies pay hefty fines if they allow a passenger to travel to a country in which a visa is required and they do not possess one.
