I am planning for month long trip to Ukraine in April - May 2004.  I am asking for advice from those who have spent quite a bit of time in these two cities or who have lived in these two cities.  Which should I spend my month in:  Kiev or Odesa?  Don't tell me to visit both.  I like to rent an apartment for the month and can get much better deals on monthly rentals than for shorter terms.  Plus I just do not enjoy packing up to move, so I will stay in one place the entire month.  To help in your advice to me, here is some info:  I am male in early 50s.  I do not go out to bars, night clubs, etc.  . . . . ever!!  I like to take the ladies to museums, art galleries, etc., other sites of interest indoors and outdoors, attend musical concerts, riverboat and ocean boat rides, train rides, etc.   Also, I have spent a month in Crimea, so I don't need to make any side trips to that area.  I always take the WMVM approach and will do that again.  I won't start contacting any ladies until late Feb early March.

Please tell me which city will be best for me and why.  And also comment on the weather in these two cities in April - May.

Thanks
