Where can I find all info about Fiance Visa

I am leaving for Russia in a few days and I would like to take with me all the proper paperwork for my friend to sign so we can start the process where can I get this information.. I tried the search here... Thanks

On the left side of the page under 'service guides' click on 'immigration' and then on'k-visa faq'. It has links to just about everything you need. You can print out the forms online and I also suggest you get whatever you need translated to be done over there. Get her pictures taken there also.
