Hey Snowman, heres some info for ya...Download I-134 Affadavit of Support here: ins.gov and get download your DS-156, DS-156K, and DS-157 here: travel.state.gov (Planet Love wont let me put in the links, just type these into Google and youll find em) state=state dept. Dont forget the DS-156 is a two page form. I would download them to your desktop and print out a bunch of them. I sent my girl 4 copies each so she can practice and get them filled out perfectly. Send them to her now, she can have them all filled out and ready for when you get your 2nd NOA, then send her to pay her visa fee at BPI bank and to Manila for her medical. In the meantime get your I-134 Affadavit of Support filled out and notarized. Get a letter from your employer on a company letterhead with your hire date, position, and pay, and stating your job is permanent. Get that notarized too. Make copies of your recent paycheck stubs. Make copies of your last years tax returns. If you are making over 22 grand a yr. I think you are fine. But to hedge my bet Im including my last 3 yrs Fed tax returns and W-2's, and I got them notarized too. Luckily its a free service at my apt. building so I had her notary stamp everything :-)...Im also sending copies of my last employer 401K statement, last Roth IRA statement and employer stock option certificates. May be overkill, but better to err to that side than not. Printed out a neat cover sheet on Word describing the contents of my Evidence of Support packet, in order, and punched the holes and used the brass acco clips at the top. (2 3/4" apart center to center, 1/4 down from the top of sheet). Sure cant hurt to make their life easier I figure. Same with my Evidence of relationship packet, cover sheet, followed by copies of 1st & 2nd NOA's, passport photo page, passport pages with Philippine entry stampings, boarding passes, hotel receipts, airport departure tax receipts, Western Union receipts for money sent, copies of letters, long distance bills, photos of the two of you together, punched and acco fastened. Seems like a lot of work, but at this stage I feel so good, got them ready to mail to her, use the Global Priority envelope from the Post Office, Ive used it, one of my friends also did, works great, about 4 days or so. Feels like I have the worse behind me now, just have to figure out where to come up with money for her ticket home to me LOL! Once you get your 2nd NOA call her and give her the case number and she can call the 909 # and get her embassy packet sent to her, but she will already have all the same forms ready, so she can go to the BPI bank and pay her 2300 peso visa, get her D-156 validated and pink receipt attached and make her plans to go to St. Lukes. I could probably have trimmed off even more time, but Im out of money LOL. Go to Google search engine, type in "St. Lukes medical experience" , there are a few girls informative experiences and advice you can print out and mail to her too. If she hasnt already, its good to have her get her CFO class out of the way. THATS the one where they ask the "old embassy interview" style questions. The jerks at the Cebu CFO tripped my girl up and she had to make a 2nd trip down there from Leyte, but she finally passed their stupid seminar. Hope at least a little of this helps you bro, you have my best wishes, Holla if ya got any more questions, it feels good to help, kind of helping to pay back for all the help Ive received from great people like Ray Bacon, Alvena and all the other helpful folks on Mag-anak, Planet Love and Yahoo club/group Mag-anak
