The Ex was over here yesterday helping out with our daughter and she FINALLY sat down, & spent 5 hours making my favorite lyumpia.  After about a 4 year hiatus I think.  Her boyfriend called during the ordeal and I told her he could have her back after she finished... lol.

Also learned that my oldest step-daughter (28) stole my quota of lyumpia yesterday at THEIR house and took it home with her.... it figures.

Now I'm "stocked up", with about 80 of these little devils in MY OWN freezer for a change.  It might last the week, but I'll have to put a bar with a lock on it to keep everybody from stealing them.  Take my computer, car, dog... but don't touch my lyumpia... haha.

btw, Wesson oil rocks for cooking this stuff; (accept no store brand substitutes - they suck!).  And if you're from the southeast, and have access to vidalia onions, DON'T use them in Lyumpia.  Good old white onions are the best.

alright well, here's for spelling lyumpia, lyumpia, or loompya, or loompia, or lumpya, or lumpia, or limpya, or whatever you wanna call it.  It's just too good to worry about the spelling.
