ukraine phonebooks?

i was wondering if residential phone numbers [ukraine]
are easy to find if the person who is doing
the looking-up is a russian speaker.
are most of the phone numbers not put
into phonebooks [unlisted]?  anyone know?

Things have been changing, and for the better in Ukraine.  Until recently, telephone books amounted to the telephone numbers people wrote in their little notebooks.  My wife was amazed shortly after she arrived here in early 2000 when we needed something and I pulled out the yellow pages.  She couldn't believe such a thing existed, nor the white pages.  However, within the past few months I ran across this..... enjoy.
