I hope I have every thing in order.I-129F, G325A for both of us,birth certificates, audit pictures, proof of meeting and my divorce decree. is there anything else? Also I was just woundering how long to expect to wait for approval? Then how long will it take to get to Manila? Also I have some questions on what my fiancé will have to go through from bohol. Being from Bohol Febtember can I e-mail you with these questions? Thanks for your help. Have a good day.

Hi phat,

Only one birth certificate required (yours). Make sure it’s a certified copy from the vital statistics office, not the original hospital copy.

Should include original statements from you & fiancée of mutual intent to marry within 90 days of admission.

If you are submitting any photocopies of original documents, include a signed and dated statement attesting to the fact that document copies submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered originals and the originals are available upon request.

Don’t forget the check for $110!

NSC has supposedly been taking around 30 days to process the I-129s. Your fiancée should be working on all the documents on her end now.

Good luck!

Ray
