Hey Greg,

Your best bet if cost is your big concern is to find a small local computer shop. They will build a computer for you based on your needs and specifications. The really great thing is that they usually can be had for 300-500 dollars less than a large p.c. manufacturer. If your not concerned about cost head on over to gateway.com or dell.com and you can find whatever you need there. You have to pay for the brand but it is a little more convenient.

Regarding internet access there are any number of providers that will fulfill your needs. Local companys have better service and are usually a little cheaper but the larger companys( eg. America Online, Earthlink etc.)usually have better uptime and probably won't go out of business on you.

If there is anything else you'd like to know just ask, I'd love to help.

Ben

Been having plms with this Webtv since your upgrade. Don't think Webtv is worth the Hassle, their service is unreliable. Would like to set up a Computer in Home for Internet surfing. And Joe..Thanks, maybe Patrick the Computer Wizard can think of something better. Shocked) greg
