I would like to respond to some of your questions but all the complaints and/or my request to Patrick to delete the debate seems to have blocked my ability to respond. Justifiable so, I guess.
I craft my "thoughtful" response, but when I try to send it , "boom," it disappears.
I doubt that you want your e-mail littered with this stuff. So my modest attempts to "enlighten," must come to an end.
