Very well stated.

About the tasty dish.  Women everywhere do pride themselves to cook well. Or trying to do so.
Then the culture, education or whatever comes in, not forgetting the means ($) needed
to get their hands on the best  ingredients, to cook these tasty dishes.

All colors, flavors are in nature, including tastes.
I have been laugh at many a time, because I do eat frog legs and puzzy.(sic)
Some people do not know what they are missing and the rewards for the latter.
