Quarantine?

I overheard a news brief this morning that over a 100 people had been quarantined in Toronto for that respiratory virus that's afflicting Asia.  Can't find verification, but that's not the issue.

Has this virus been reported in FSU countries or their neighbors? If so, is it expected to result in travel restrictions into or out of those countries?

Links to well-developed reports would be appreciated.
I've been searching for about 1/2 hour and can't find any useful info.

The linked story eases my mind, for now, as far as travel to the FSU is concerned.

There was another article, which seems to have been moved, recommending health screening at the airports in affected areas and for flights arriving from same.

What I have heard on radio, was that a Toronto couple were staying on the ninth floor of a hotel in Hong Kong,
they came home, got sick and die.  A doctor treating people on that floor did spead it and all of that floor's
clients have die.
There is one light,  one has to be in close contact with an infected person, to get it.
The Hong Kong University have identify it, but all their schools are close, the same in Singapour.
I have heard that they want you at home if you have it,  hospitals don't want to see you.
In Hong Kong, Japan, China and Singapour are working very hard to find a cure or a vaccine.
