Hi Stephen,

That Butuan City airport is fun. Don't become alarmed when the plane suddenly nosedives from 32000 feet. I thought that we were going down in a field. =8oO Exit out the back of the plane or else you will stand there for quite a while, as people climb up on the seats to reach their possesions in the overhead compartments. Then the bags and balakbayan boxes get passed back and forth overhead. Three things that I've noticed. 1. Filipinos are in a hurry to get on the plane, but not to get off 2. No one puts their belongings above their own seat. 3. All balakbayan boxes look the same on the outside (and probably the inside too). ;o)))  Have a great trip! In Butuan City, check out the Balanghai boat and the Regional Museum. Eat chicken and atsara at Weegols. Tell Tess that Marife and I said hi.

Hey Humabdos,

My wife and I have  noticed that your posts have softened considerably since the Mag-anak posts about a year ago. We used to get quite a kick out of your responses. Whats going on? Have you been bit by the love bug?

Our INS approval took five months but that was a spousal visa and a few months after 911.

                       Good luck,
                          Joe
