Great lakes out of Casper to Denver. United (denver to Dulles) Austrian Air to Vienna, and Ukraine International into Kiev.

The info I got on Austrian Air paying for the hotel was from Tripmakers.com .

On the trip back U I gets me into Vienna at 0900. My connecting flight leaves at 1120.

I know that Lufthansa still forces a layover in Frankfurt on the return and they definately don't pay for the hotel.
