... in response to Why would someone who has just exhausted, posted by Griffin on Jan 22, 2003

Griff;

Maybe you noticed the post from Jimmy (below) in which he acknowledged the encouragement and information we exchanged over some months while he was struggling to get his wife here - or maybe the comments from Deckard (also below) that hopefully will allow him to feel a tad more comfortable with the details and logistics of his pursuits - or quite a number of others that have posted on this board in the archives over the years.

I genuinely get a 'kick' out of providing information to people that will aid them in some way.

Additionally, I travel a lot and am not leaving anyone "alone in their bed" to post "gleefully" on this board. It is but one way that I fill my time while away from home.

You may not have intended an attack - but the tenor of your message implied more than a simple question - at least, to me.

I don't know your "story" but my assumption has been that you have been married for some time.  If that's not the case then I repeat the question.

Jeff (above) says he does it out of boredom.  He has posted 241 times since DEC of 2000.  You have posted 1,696 times since NOV 2000.

Well Griff,  I know for a fact that Dan has helped quite a few people both "on board" and "off-board" with his knowledge.  I personally don't question his lifestyle or his motivations.  The fact that he does take the time to help others,  who are in this process has certainly been of help to quite a few, who I know of.

ps:  It takes very little time to poke-in on this board once in a while.
