Ok I have been in the backround reading the many posts and I must say I did see geniune concern for my situation and I may not of agreed with the way somethings were posted and stuffed down my throat..

BUT I DID LEARN FROM THE POSTS..

And I guess thats what this place is all about ..
Learning from others mistakes as well as success's...

I have seen a great deal of outporring of love from the heart in "EveryPost" for others(mine and Tina's) wellbeing...

I have to give some credit and acknowledge this..

You see my Friends Its in everyone of us if we just LQQk past the facads and faceless masks that we all have....

Know I no this may sound sappy to some of you..
But I really dont care what you think!

As you all know I am a nurse ..
And I DO BELIEVE in PEOPLE...
I believe we ALL OUR Hoping that dream comes true..

Unfornately we Guarentee it will...

But I see clearly enough to know that I am going to follow my dreams..

If I have to pay some dues along the way then be it...
Hopefully with God's blessing and alot of prayer we will make it thru
the hardships life seems to throw us all...

Ok That s it and I just wanna say thanx to EVERYBODY for your geniune concern..

and one FINAL THOUGHT..
I found the post from Dan And Mares Too be the most sincere in my heart and give me alot of newfound hope after I was brought down to my knees by some of the earlier post that I thank you for but believe
could of been posted in alot nicer fashion other than the Gloom and Doom I interpeted them to be somewhat..
I believe that is what SJ also saw immeadiately after he also read them .. So HEy take it a little easier on the next Guy that strolls along and asks a simple question as I did..

Buy the way Nobody ever really DID! answer my question if It was alrigh to submit the paperwork(I129) acouple weeks before her 18th birthday (thinking all would process thru Vermnt office in approxiamitly 2-3 weeks..

But heck I can wait a few more weeks and just mail it ...
For I have all my life to Hold and love and be loved by a woman I BELIEVE whole- heartly is one I want to share life with..

I WILL NOT CONTINUE THE TRIP REPORT ITS JSUT WAY TO PERSONEL..
But You can stop by Justina and Marks new website once I finish it..

I will post it...
Thanx MArkUSA

Dan and MAres Post for others to read encase they missed it..
Mark,

All I can say is your the best one to know whether it's a good relationship that will last. Nobody else will really have a clue.

The only thing I can tell you about predicting whether a relationship will last is that you can't. Even all the psych research can't point to good predictors for a long relationship. The latest study I've heard is that couples who live together first are more likely to get divorced. When I was growing up it was believed best that you need to live with someone first for several years before you got married. Well I've met people who new each other for two days before getting married and lived happily ever after. I've also met people who new each other for five years before marriage and got divorce six months latter. Only you have a good chance of predicting success.

As for me. Mares is 22 and half my age. We wrote for about four months before I went to visit. I had my concerns about the age difference and not having really dated, but I think it's been to our advantage. Two years married, and we're still dating. Things are always new and fresh. I believe things couldn't be better.

Always follow your heart.

Dan and Mares

Hi Markusa,
I have been married twenty years to my wife,
I knew nothing about my wife back then.
I just follow my heart and advise from a good
filipino friend.I am still happy to this day.
I was 23 at the time and she age 29.I have had
my ups and downs in marriage and have endurn
alot with filipino culture. My sucess has been
support greatly from her side of the family.
It's funny being the oldest child of nine kids
in my family and she being the youngest of seven.
I have read alot of posts on this board.TO me
everyone has a sucess story, just depends how your
cards of life are dealt. Mark, I took your same
path without the help with of the internet.
Just be wise and follow your instincts.
My instincts and alot of hard work has paid for me.
I am just a guy who is fat, bald and ugly.
no pot to piss in or a window to throw it out.
I just got a great wife and two beauitful kids.

. . . . you only sent in your pretty wife's picture to the Asian Sweetie site! Don't worry, lots of the rest of us are fat and ugly with pretty wives! What I can't get over is that some Filipinas consider Dave H "flawless" and "guapo." I'm still shaking my head with that one!

Great story, thanks!

Hey Jeff,
I figured that, I could not fit in that purple g
string that Dave H. has mention.  So I sent a
picture of my wife, which I think is the next best
       thing.

Hey Joe,

That's the beauty of G-strings...you don't have to fit. You just let it ALL hang out. ;o)) The snowbirds are back in S. FL and on the beach. I think they have a motto, "The bigger the bird, the smaller the bikini." :oO I'm an old surfer, so I prefer my baggies. I only pull out the purple G-string when I want to mess with someone's mind. ;o))

Hey Jeff,

I guess they just don't see many white guys in my wife's hometown. "Flawless" and "guwapo" are about the last things I am. If they had said "Hey Uncle Fester," I would have felt more comfortable. ;o) My brother is still shaking his head too. I think they just liked my cool collection of T-shirts.

Hey Joe,

That's what I call a success story! You both made it happen. WOW, you both came from huge families!

Another fat, bald, ugly, and VERY happy guy...

I guess for some it is indeed appalling for somebody like Uncle Fester to FESTER with happiness.  But hey, ugly people deserve to be happy too.

Kevin

I  sometimes  wonder  if  the  Ugly  people  arn't  happier  than  the  high maintenence  pretty  boys  and  girls  out  there.  More  power  to  those  out  there  who  are  good  looking  and  don't  know it or  think  it  about  themselves   at  least  they  still  have  a  sense  of  humility.

I  saw  a  good  example  of  what  happens  when  one  of  the  beautiful  people  (or  at  least one  of  the well  to  do  average looking)  people  join  the  rest of  us.  Mary Tyler Moore  (One  of  america's  sweethearts during  the  70's)  was  reading  a  poem on  CNN  for  the  6 month  anniversary  of 9/11 yesterday.  All  I  could  focus  on  was  how  she  looked  like  the  Joker  from Batman  with  one  of  those  permenant  smiles  from having  one  too  many  face lifts  Yikes.

We  all  know  Rays  philosophy.

Hi Mark,

I would wait a couple of weeks until after she turns 18 to submit the K-1 Petition. The several weeks delay will change her status from a minor, to that of an adult and may help you avoid some snags along the way. You never know what will happen...my fiancee's (wife) Visa arrived before several others that were submitted months before.

Good Luck and Happiness to you,

Dave H.
