Just looked at Garden State Travel's site they are quoting between 695.00 to 750.00 r/t to Manila from Boston right now. I've booked through them several times with no problems. www.gardenstatetravel.com

Good Luck & God Bless

Paul, try: travelfast.com they are consolidators of the main larger carriers for flights to Manila and Asia. The site says for travel agents only, but I called them and they still priced a ticket around $650.00 RT from LAX to Manila, less tax on EVA AIR one of the best prices I have seen.

The high season is around the holidays, and also around May.
Those are the times that you will pay more.
The two seasons are the rainy season, and the less-rainy season.  Don't let the seasons determine when you will go,
I actually prefer the rainy season.  It helps to clear all the pollution out of the air.
