Anyway, after 14 months in America, your poor stomach may not be able to handle all those foods you miss. Better take it easy, especially with the kinilaw. And don't forget your Pepto Bismol chewable tablets. Take 2 before every balut!

Good luck Tess and have a great trip. Think Stephen will be able to hold down the fort without you? I doubt it. We men turn into lost children when our sweeties take off on us for more than a day or so after being married for a while. I'll have to drop him off a care package. Maybe some sushi )
