Does abybody have any experience with sevastopol or yalta?
How much is a private apartment and are there any good agencies there?

The apartments in Sevastopol are much cheaper than in Yalta.  In Sevastopol they were $25 per night and up, probably cheaper now that it is autumn.  I recommend Aethena agency in Sevastopol and Simferopol and Eugene from Olenka-club (Simferopol) as your driver and interpreter.  He has connections for apartments in Yalta as well.  You may want to deal with other agencies too for more selection but those two will get you started and were a big help on my trip last May.
