... in response to i'm out, posted by Macsooner on Mar 3, 2002I've been there and know what you are going through. I too worried about the single parent thing. When I made the decision to "Get Out" I worried about the effect the split would have on my kids emotional well being. Well..to make a long story short, I ended up with full custody and today both of my kids are extreme winners because of that decision. My daughter is a model with NEXT in L.A. and my son is a straight A+ student and a well known local musician....and he is only 14. I never have regretted that decison. I shudder to think of what might have been had I not acted when I did. Metaphorically speaking.....You have to do what Darth Vader did to the emperor when he was electrocuting Luke.......hehe
