A lot of times, one tends to take things for granted. This is especially true for a local like me who has seen Mt. Apo's majestic peaks, Samal's white sand beaches, lush hillsides and wild fauna on countless weekends. Eight years of it and one tends to forget the beauty that is Davao. But thanks to you Hum, your visit has afforded me and Celia another glimpse of what we ought to treasure. If your trip here was memorable, it was to us just as memorable. I cant resist quoting back on what i read at one of Eden Parks signposts " We have not inherited the Earth from our parents. We have just borrowed it from our children". Have a safe trip back to... HOME.

Hi Hum,

I'm glad to hear that you and Sallie had a great time. Sorry to hear the vacation is almost over. That would be great if you could move your business to Davao. Maybe you could ride the bus 150 miles through the mountains to work on our place. ;o)) Were going to need a new roof in a year or so. ;o))
