Welcome :c)  I think you'll find this to be an informative and good natured site.  It seems that everyone that spends any amount of time here is genuinely interested in our success as a group, as well as their personal success.

Read the archives, there is a wealth of information and interesting stories there.  Don't be afraid to ask the questions that you want answered.  For the most part, everyone is good about answering questions with out judgement.

It's cool, we're getting so many new Filipinas posting here, the perspective is priceless from your point of view :c)
