It is about a union person at a convention.

So at night he decided that he needed some relaxtion and in search of a house of fun with lady
of the evening.

The first three houses he visited,  were not unionized, so he declined.

The fourth one was,  but he did not have a choice of the girl,  he winded up with a girl who was
seventy,  because she had senority on the others.
