York, we owe much thanks to Patrick for creating this board and allowing so many guys the opportunity to exchange information and learn from others mistakes.

Until recently the board was visited quite often by a hand-ful of trolls and nut cases whose only goal seemed to be to disrupt the board. Patrick added a few new measures and in the process got rid of almost all the trolls and trouble makers, thus we have a more effecient, kinder board.

There are other Russian discussion boards but in my opinion this one is the best with the St. Johns RWL board a distant second. The few other boards for the most part are a laugh and you will see many of the clowns and losers on those boards talking about the Planet-Love board and guys who contribute to it(I think they are jealous of the P-L board). I might add most of those clowns are banned from the P L board, or were banned at one time.

We do have heated discussions around here and differences of opinions, but all in all it is a good, educational discussion board.

It's the people posting with their insights and opinions that make the message boards valuable.

By the way, have you seen this?-
http://search.leg.wa.gov/pub/textsearch/

In the "Search Bills RCW, WAC, and State Register" section, select "Bill Information 2001-2" and search for 6412.  Then select 6412-s_pl_03122002.txt from the results.

This could be the beginning of the end for agencies based in the US.  I don't think it's feasible for an agency to run background checks on their male clientele. If this law spreads to other states, then all men who wish to use agencies in the future will most likely have to go through ones owned and operated by the people of whatever country they're visiting.  Instead of protecting the ladies, I think it will simply force the business to be all conducted overseas.

Any comments?

hopefully someone will challenge it and the courts will strike it down as overly vague and therefore unenforceable.

It sounds like that law where if the bartender allows someone to get too drunk and then leaves then they are responsible for him if he crashes type of law. I'm guessing, but I do know there is a large number of FSU's living in the Seattle area and I suspect there are many of them that realized the ease involved in starting an agency and this law is designed at making them more responsible for domestic violence, and this law is aimed at them.

A Tijuana based ISP. Easy for you to get one along with a Banamex account in dollars. If you like I can get you hooked up with some business friends in TJ. jspira@gte.net
