I more prefer to think of myself as being predominantly a 'Pragmatist'.

It isn't so much that these posts touched a nerve, as they just seem - to me, anyway - out-of-place as message starters. If the posts are made as responses to direct questions - great. Otherwise - why the predominance of posts "from another site" dropped here to "give us something to think about" and the tenor is almost exclusively negative?!?

Just my take on things - and I could be 'all wet'.
