biographic information Form G-325A

On The G-325A Biographic information form It states to Submit all four copies of this form with the I-129F petition. Do I submit All four for my fiance and myself Totaling eight forms? Does she need to fill her four out and sign them or can I? Should they be certified or notirized? Is there any other off the wall things I should send or know about fileing the I-129F petition?
Any help on this matter would be greatly Appricated Thank You.

oh gosh, don't forget to get a letter of "intent to marry" from her. You must also make one.
Our letters simply went like this: I do fully intned to marry "so and so" apon arrival in america. signed dated.

G-325A

The original comes in a multi-color 4-part OCR form. If you use a download form, fill out one sheet, make Xerox copies, sign and date each sheet separately, staple sheets together to make a 4-part form. That’s one 4-part form for each of you.

Anyone can fill them out, but she must sign her own in original ink.

No need to notarize.

Off-the-wall things? I don’t know. Why don’t you give us your list and we’ll check to see if anything is missing?
