Actually i chickened out on the paper work and got an immigration attorney in Jax,Fl to do it...i feel better even though it cost me 700 dollars for him plus the INS fees to do it...a fair price compared to a couple of others i called.

It went to Texas...i thought it would be Vermont...he said it would be 6 months...5 if i was very lucky...my fiance Rosie is doing well and i call her almost everyday, plus she e-mails me a lot from the internet cafe.

A couple of words of advice from what little i know to anyone thinking of getting married to a lady from another country

1) Make sure u really want to do this,it's no joke...esp. to these fine young women...I met some really nice ones, but i had to choose one and she is the love of my life.

2) If u don't know anyone, then order lots of addresses...Heart of Asia is good...of course if u work with or live around Filipinas..they are very friendly and a some of them have friends or family they would like to have here in USA and u could meet a nice lady that way.

3) It's not easy, fast or cheap...u will spend a lot of money on airfare,INS,hotels, phone calls and supporting her when she gets here...a good place for phone cards is phonecardsonsale.com...i pay 11 cents a minute with no connection fee....so far i have spent about 8,000 dollars and i gotta go back and fetch her when INS gives the go ahead and pay for wedding, honeymoon, aifare etc,etc....make sure u can afford it or work hard a save for this,or u and your bride to be will be very disappointed.

4) When u go take simple presents for your fiances family...find out what they like...American made t-shirts,chocalate,cigarrettes,cd's,good booze and toys for the kids...keep it simple,u don't have to over do it...but her family will love u for it.

5)Take plenty of pictures of u and your fiance and a picture of u with her and her family is good...take several copies of the G325A Bio Form with u!!!....fill out a couple and on one or two of them just have her sign at the bottom...leave the rest blank in case a mistake was made...u or your attorney can fill it out later and u already have her signature....also have pictures of her made as specified by INS...have it done professionally with 3/4 frontal view, right ear visible and white background...i did not do this and it cost me about 6 weeks waiting time....also,make sure u have your birth certificate, tax records, employment records, copies of any divorce papers,if u have been divorced, and hang on to your passport...make copies of all hotel receipts, airline tickets, boarding passes, phone bills e-mails etc.

6) Have fun...i loved the Philippines and look foward to going back...to me this was all well worth it...6 months and then bliss (i hope)...i love this girl and her family treats me like a son...she is a nurse and wants to help and take care of the sick and injured when she comes here, she loves nursing...she has a heart of gold and is very beautiful too!! I am a lucky man.

Thanks to everyone for your help along the way...it was much appreciated.

                 Best Regards
