This morning I checked the currency exchange rates and found that if I converted Canadian dollars into US dollars and then purchased grivnas I would be further ahead by almost 4% over converting to Euros and then into grivnas.
$100 Cdn = US$62.78 = 341 grivnas
$100 Cdn = Euro70.80 = 329 grivnas
I suspect this will vary a little in the next while, but likely not too much.
Interestingly, the conversion to Russian roubles then to grivnas is much better!
$100 Cdn = Rur 1,914.75 = 382 grivna
