Don't need no Penpals. Why buy addresses of Filipinas that are corresponding with other Guys? Guys can hire a honest tour guide for introduction to Pinays that aren't corresponding with anyone. The Guy can tell the guide what kinda Filipina he would like to meet, no pressure. Yeah, I would try finding a Tourist guide, correspond with him or her before my arrival to the Philippines. The guide can complete many things for us Guys to make our trip successful. greg

Tneal and I both met our wives without ever having a penpal.
I didn't even use a guide,  just hopped on a plane and brought home a wife ;0)
It is very easy to meet Filipinas, just make sure to spend a lot of time with her before you file your paperwork.
