KangKong is pretty good, I liked it. Its kind of like spinach but it has a better taste. I also tried some that was crispy fried with sugar coating at Cabelans buffet, i liked it a lot.

Capt.,

Kangkong  is the green leafy type of vegetable rich in Vitamin A and is cooked as a soup together with  fish or steamed & mixed with tomatoes and desired salad dressing.  This is like your spinach.  Don't know Carlan.   ;-(

kangkong reminds me of spinach it's grow in pond.karlang look like yam.
